I had the opportunity to photograph my talented friend Carlin at her and her boyfriend, Riley’s, business in Redondo Beach. Carlin is a skilled private Pilates instructor with an impressive background in certified sports athletic training, bringing a wealth of knowledge to her practice. The studio offers a unique blend of personalized holistic care, combining Pilates with chiropractic therapy, therapeutic massages, and contrast therapy, including sauna and ice baths.
